they have called atleast 6 times and will not talk! i ask to be removed from thier calling list and they still call!!

Receive calls from this number all the time. Reported them to the "Do Not Call List" complaints. They're still calling.

The caller doesn't even speak. The cell they call is only for emergency. How do they get these numbers?

Secondly, if your telephone service provider has a feature which allows you to "block" numbers that you know are annoying why not use it? In New York, Verizon offers just such a service. It's called Call Intercept and you can enter up to 25 "annoyance call" numbers. They CANNOT get through to annoy you! If you cannot get this service then just pickup the phone when it rings with this telephone number and hang it up immediately!That's about all you can do!

This person, David Hughes, called my work and told me that three charges have been filed agaisnt me. I am not aware of any payday loans to bank of america in March, as he stated. I checked my account and i have never received this money. They have called for the past 2-3 months with different names. They said i would be in big trouble if i dont pay this, but i never did anything about it....and im still here and my social security is not BLOCKED as they said it would be. I dont konw who these people are...but ready about it lets me know it is a scam. They scare people, especially those who are not originally from the US, such as myself. they harrass people and it is not very appropriate to do so. I have had collection agencies contaact me to pay off something i owe or even receive letters, and i call them and make arrangement palns, which always work. THIS IS A FRAUD AND I WANT TO GET RID OF THEM.
